 I find that the the Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® Technique is a wonderful tool for intensely focusing upon the subtle movements of your body in order to gain awareness of alignment. It also lengthens and strengthens muscles, and improves ballet technique and posture.  Floor-Barre® is great for both dancers and non-dancers, and I'm looking forward to introducing it to new students!
